How Compass PD Serves
Compass PD customizes professional learning aligning research-based and evidence-based practices with district initiatives and accountability systems educators face. None of our professional learning is “scripted or canned.” Our team is responsive to the educators we serve and is intended to be sustainable and impactful. We are able to be flexible and responsive because this is work our team has done in districts and schools.

We offer a variety of professional learning sessions and consulting services in different formats (face-to-face, online, and blended) to meet the unique needs of your faculty and staff.

On-Demand Sessions
The onsite sessions are typically 7-hour days, which include 6 hours of professional development or coaching with a 1-hour break for lunch. One professional learning coach will work with up to 30 people. Larger groups will require additional professional learning coaches and costs.

The pre-recorded sessions are led by a professional learning expert. The On-Demand sessions offer opportunities for educators to learn about a topic within their own timeframe. Participants will need a device to participate in On-Demand sessions.
